I have been working at Judicial Correction Services full-time (more than an year)

Working in the courts allows you to network and hopefully find a new position with a company or agency that's not JCS.

No raises, overpriced health coverage, low salary, salary not evaluated on experience or education, high turnover, low employee moral and satisfaction, sorry upper management, no concern for employee well being, constant company transitions, the list goes on and on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees for the work they do. Yes money is important but I'd you have no employees to make the money then you're left with nothing.
