    I worked at Jumpstart Automotive Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Great people
    - Company cares about it's employees
    - Opportunity to grow and be promoted
    - Decent base salary

    Cons

    - Slow creative process and overpriced for clients
    - Corporate buyouts (HFM and then Hearst) have hurt the culture
    - Commission/bonus structure is a joke
    - Fallout from the corporate buyout caused most the good people to leave

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Go back to the way it used to be prior to HFM/Hearst. Employees were happier and things actually got done.
