I worked at KBR full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

+Structure - regular review process and HR guidelines
+Availability for training - internal and external
    +AWW/AWS days (9/80 schedule)
+Supportive work environment - many of my closest friends are ones I worked for/with over the years
+Lots of free food as catering is everywhere and fun company events
+Paid parking and good company benefits - medical, dental, flex spending etc.
    +Generous expense account rules

    Cons

-Extensive travel, depending on what department you are in and your role
-Lay offs depending on the economy/market and projects
-Towards the end of my years at KBR, it seemed like revenues were decreasing and morale was low
-Hours were very long depending on what department you were in - nights and weekends were normal in many proposals and proposal-supporting departments
