    I have been working at KCI Technologies full-time

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, Employee stock ownership, close relationships with other employees working in your field or on your projects, small office feel.

    Cons

    No/limited opportunities for advancement, no interaction of staff within different practices or outside of local office. Does not promote training for lower level employees. Disgruntled older staff create negative energy in offices and for entry level/newer employees, sick time & vacation time bundled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create more opportunities for training. Help to build stronger office relationships in addition to client relationships.
