I have been working at KLS Media full-time (more than 3 years)

The pay here is great.. I mean you hear about the bonuses from people in the industry and you kinda don't believe its true until you get your first and you're like "whoa".... The people I work with are great, seriously some of the most professional, talented people I have ever known... And working on major clients like BP isn't too shabby for the resume'.

They will work you to the bring of insanity. It is nearly impossible to hold down much of a personal life while working here. The management expects you to basically be available 24/7. There is a culture here that you have the choice to not go the extra mile and come in on Saturday...or cancel a vacation to travel across the world because the spoiled 20 something year old trust fund baby owner doesn't want to do it, but really there is only one choice...one right answer..and that answer is...Yes, anything for the company. Work here and you will make a lot of money, you just won't have the time or energy to enjoy it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please...for the love of God...hire more support staff.. We are drowning.

    Positive Outlook
