    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    - Great employee support (you never feel like just a number) - Relaxed, friendly working environment - You get to work with some of the biggest names in the FTSE 100 - They pay to get you qualified as a chartered accountant

    - Audit isn't very challenging. Early on, they make you do all of the donkey work which is understandable. As you move up, you do less of this boring stuff and you start being more involved in procuring business opportunities and snagging clients (the sexy stuff) - The pay is pretty bad to start off with but it jumps up as soon as you qualify as an accountant (three years in)

    Advice to Management

You could probably try to cultivate a more social working environment by organising more socials throughout the year. The poor work-life balance is to be expected but having semi-regular socials helps alleviate the pain.
