    Pros

Salary is quite competitive (at least in the region I work). Great advantage of voluntary medical insurance. Marvelous (!) staff relationships (again, where I work). People's relationship outweigh all disadvantages.

    Cons

Salary, on the other hand, may be far bigger (compared to work hours spent). To seriously think all deadlines over since they seem unreachable for a person who doesn't want to live at work.

    Advice to Management

Everything in cons. Work life balance. Rap deadlines. Appropriate salary in response to hours and powers spent
