I worked at KPMG US full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

KPMG is an amazing place to start a career. You meet great people, make important work connections and have access to more senior level people than as an entry level most other places. I was also able to take advantage of international mobility and KPMG was very helpful with making the move.

    Cons

Work/life balance can be a struggle. Remember, this is a company that makes money off your billable hours so theoretically it's in their interest for you to be working (and productive) as much as possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Watch your employees for burnout. People management and development sometimes suffers due to the long hours.
