1) Clear career growth and development scheme. 2) Processes and policies are clear. 3) Extended learning opportunities (professional qualifications, hard and soft skills trainings). 4) Days off in lieu of ovwertimes accumulated.
1) The assessment and promotions can be unfair (receiving a final rate) due to numberous factors. 2) Salary is lower, than average market salaries. 3) Excessive overtimes during busy season. 4) The criteria of assessment of the project work are different in different departments and of different managers, they are not unified.
Advice to Management
1) Increase basic salaries (it is too little) and bonus amounts (it looks like a donation to poor people). 2) Make assessment system fair and unified in each department and for each manager. 3) Make better trainings for ACCA preparation.
