    Pros

I work with A - grade people who are enthusiastic about what they do. This is really great. The pay is average of the Big-4.

    Cons

Too much red-tape to get anything done. Old school culture, where X-ers fit in well, but millennials may struggle. Its a culture that's evolving right now so its a lot of change, but evolving for the better, imho

    Advice to Management

Look around, the world has changed ... you may not be doing much auditing and taxes in the future. How about removing hurdles for advisory to make their life simpler?
