I have been working at KRC Research as an internPros
For the most part, most of my colleagues were interesting, friendly and pleasant to work with. I had two really awesome supervisors - they were definitely my favorite people in the company.
The hours were pretty standard, and I rarely had to work overtime. People were in by 9am and out by 6pm
Some of the work had potential to be interesting.
The office is located in an cool area of DC with great restaurants, coffee shops, and museums to go to during the daily lunch break.Cons
Typically, the work I was asked to do was exceedingly dull and boring. Tasks became monotonous after a while, and I often wondered why on earth anyone would want to do what I was doing. I often did not feel as if I was given meaningful work that I could take any ownership of. Upper-level employees were not particularly considerate or agreeable.Advice to ManagementAdvice
