    Pros

Kaiser offers good benefits and job security. They are customer service driven which keeps the members happy and satisfied. Doctors are very nice.

    Cons

No opportunity for growth no matter how hard an employee works and shows capacity.

    Advice to Management

Don't underestimate employees capacity. There are employees that can do a better job than some managers that don't even know computers and are extremely dependable on the assistants.
