    Oddly, very few opportunities for advancement. "It's always been done this way" attitude. If you're non-union, it's like pulling teeth to get any pay raises above the annual or standard 1%-4% "cost of living" raise. Decisions are made by management without a knowledgeable understanding of daily operations and impact on workforce (in their own departments!). Management gets to choose who completes their 360 evaluations on their own team - it used to be the entire department/team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do a better job at retaining good employees. Listen to the feedback provided by employees at the end of every year and take action.
