I worked at Kantar (More than a year)
Coffee always available. Flex schedules, lots of PTO, decent health insurance, fun and motivated people to work with and from.
The pay is terrible no matter how long you've worked there, time tracking is everywhere, they want you to think you're part of the family until they fire you without any bad work reports. Extremely repetitive jobs with little chance of change. What you learn there, work skills wise, is not applicable anywhere else.
Advice to Management
Don't pretend the employees are family, stop acting like the Gestapo micromanaging people, share some real profits with this part of the company or you won't keep good people.
