Great learning experience but constant reorganization creates dysfunction, lack of vision and loss of talent.

Opportunity to work remote and good life-balance. Benefits are good. Great learning experience on-line and e-Learning which is where higher education is headed. Many subsidiaries offer opportunities within same umbrella.

Management is top-heavy. Constant reorganization, restructuring, and reshuffling of central message creates great dysfunction, over-worked employees, loss of employee engagement and focus, and talent. In the end, initiatives do not get implemented, improvements are not pursued as everyone is in constant survival mode.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Losing a lot of good talent and institutional knowledge. Company leadership needs to have a solid long-term vision and educational programs & services; and make good business decisions around those instead of constantly reacting to market forces.
