Teaching wage is good (although there are prep-time and administrative pay rates that could be better). There are a number of opportunities to cross train and get more hours. Managers are extremely flexible and understanding (I had to move a number of times within a few months of being hired and they were very helpful at getting me started in new areas.)
All interactions with co-workers are digital. No face-to-face interaction. As perviously stated, time spent writing lessons and helping students could be paid at a better rate.
Advice to Management
Raise rates for prep, student help, test-proctoring, etc. to be more in line with teaching rates. Have FM's (Faculty managers), be from the areas they manage, they often live in different cities or even the opposite coastline from the city who's teachers they manage.
