    I worked at KeHE Distributors full-time (more than 5 years)


    In general IT staff is professional and helpful.


    At the upper levels of IT management everything is secretive until the last minute. Little or no employee input or inclusion on anything at any time for any reason. Over scheduling precludes any chance for career development and/or advancement either in-house or external.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Employees are people with lives outside of the company, and career paths that require updating/upgrading. Stop making it impossible to accomplish. Hire enough people to staff the departments nd work relto where if someone takes time off all of the rest of the department doesn't have to put in excessive overtime (50 - 60 hours/week) and have to work revolving shifts in the same week.
