Multiple clients. Offshore /Onshore model gives good exposure to working with large teams and handling complex time sensitive issues.
Poor Compensation. Long Work hours. No empathy/guidance from senior management towards day to day work assignment or long term career assessment. Rampant nepotism.
Advice to Management
Given the number of hours employees spent at work at client site, should be better compensated. Should have feedback channel. Higher management should be actively appraised and made sensitive to day to day employees issues and redressal.
