I have been working at Keane full-time (more than 3 years)

Working with Fortune 500 Company and gaining the education and experience was a great way to build my resume. lots of opportunity in the organizations.....if they have a stable contract with the company.

Your bosses really have no idea what you are doing, as you and Keane are not allowed to have any performance feedback with the company's management. So, unless you screw something up, and they hear from the company, they think you're doing ok. I had no feedback from anyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider updating those vendor contacts to include having communication on performance with consultants working in this Fortune 500 company.

    Neutral Outlook
