I have been working at Kelley Blue Book full-time for less than a year

The people I got to work with were awesome (except management).
    Breakfast on Friday's were nice.
Time off during days to help charitable causes.

Bad feedback from Supervisors when needing improvement.
    Very cliquish environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are WAY too many meetings that consume way too much time. Give the employees time to actually work.
