I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (more than 5 years)

The company values and brands are the best things about the company, but they have been deviating from them the past 5 years.

The company in general does not understand the benefit of human capital. Leadership lacked vision and guidance to succeed. Continually promoted under achieving associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reinvest in and keep human capital

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
