    Pros

    The President and CEO are very admirable. They are outstanding examples for the company. You can move up quickly here. Held multiple positions within a couple year time span. Both St. Louis and Dallas offices have great morale. Overall, the employees are talented and great people. Worked alongside some exceptional recruiters and account managers.

    Cons

    No flexibility or understanding. The company actually eliminated sick days all together while I was there. Prepare to take PTO for any illness or family emergency. They work you to the bone until you break. In the last year or so, there has been high turnover. No bonus structure for recruiters outside of commission, with unattainable goals for almost all account managers. The whole company seems unhappy excluding Senior Management. The Midwest offices seem to be self destructing because of this.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in employee perks and reward top performers. There are not many sales organizations that do not offer year end bonuses. Have compassion for people's personal lives. Employees should be excited to come to work everyday and motivated to work hard. This was not the case during my time there.
