    Pros

    Kennedys value employee engagement and work hard to gain this from their employees. Basic needs such as offices, equipment and facilities are of an extremely high standard. Kennedys promotes itself as a friendly, straightforward, down to earth firm and this is very apparent through their core values and ethos which they enforce well. Work life balance is good and employee benefits are excellent, definitely geared towards employee needs.

    Cons

    Kennedys regional offices almost have their own culture which differs from the London office and the offices rarely come together as one. More could be done to make the firm more dynamic.
