I have been working at Kenseal Construction Products full-time (More than a year)

Free work clothes. Weekends off. You usually leave between 4-5pm, so you don't work any nights. For a sales position, it really isn't too difficult of a job. Team based commission

    - You start very early. usually between 6:30am-7:30am. So you must be a morning person(this can also be a pro, everyone is different)! - Mandatory overtime(45 hours a week). - 9.5 hour work day and you only get a half hour lunch. - ZERO product training. Seriously, ZERO. You learn as you go and they recommend you read product data sheets. - Senior Management doesn't do squat! The sales people run the show, not them! - Pay really stinks, when you add it up, you literally make less than 1% commission - Very high goals and they can increase by up to 30% per month annually, making it extremely easy to miss your quota

    Advice to Management

Make overtime optional, not mandatory. TRAINING!! Seriously.. TRAINING!! Have a training program for rookies. Retrain your managers, there's no motivation. Why can't we have surveys on our leaders? Most sales managers have been there for YEARS and are way too comfortable. Increase pay and restructure your commission.
