I have been working at Kenyon full-time (more than an year)

Learned a lot from partners who clearly know a lot about IP. Plenty of work for junior associates. Interesting cases. Compensation is ok for the amount of work.

Crazy staffing cuts. Stealth layoffs. Lots of whispers of general discontent. Hard to get staffed on interesting cases unless you receive favorable treatment from a partner. More and more associates are quietly leaving. Taking vacations is frowned upon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Distribute the workload more fairly to associates.
