    I worked at Kewill Systems full-time


    Enjoyed working with the employees in Chelmsford, MA and the Chelmsford, MA Management. I worked there for almost two years as a Engineer and left because I was unsure of the direction of the company. Especially since they laid off my VP who I worked under. There is only a small group left in Chelmsford, MA. The employees in 'Chelmsford' and Management in Chelmsford are very nice to work with and for. It is like a small close family type environment. Benefits are good they have BCBS. HR in Chelmsford is fantastic.


    They have not had raises or bonuses in a very very very long time as in YEARS. Be aware of this before you decide to accept the position. The CEO Bob Farell does NOT believe in raises or bonus. He said that you need to be an A player to get Raises and bonus. All the employees in Chelmsford work very very hard and they are very dedicated to The Kewill Customs Product. They are ALL A PLAYERS and deserve raises and or Bonuses. I felt like the company was trying to put out fires every month to keep the customer happy. They just lost a big customer this year, This is the first time in my life that I can truly say I do not approve of the CEO. Work life balance is difficult when there are monthly Software releases and working extra hours every month to get the release out the door on time with no raises or bonuses. MANAGEMENT IN CHELMFORD A JUMPING SHIP LEFT AND RIGHT,THE CEO IS NOT REPLACING THEM. MANAGEMENT OFFICES ARE EMPTY. Absolutely no room for advancement why would you without a raise???

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees right. All you have left is A players. Give your Mangers in Chelmsford new laptops yours are OLD and outdated. You have a hard working team in Chelmsford, treat them right. Take care of your Product Manager as she works extremely hard and puts all her effort into this Kewill Customs Product!!
