    I worked at KeyImpact Sales & Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Trade shows were fun but a lot of work, could make your own schedule most of the time.

    Cons

    too much windshield time, favoritism when it comes to raises/salary, barely any opportunity to move up, poor management and unorganized structure in higher ups. A lot of the new ways of doing things were all based on info you put in salesforce rather than building relationships with customers. Big brother was always watching and it didn't matter what you were putting in the salesforce system even if it wasnt true they just wanted activity.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better and maybe the company wont have such a high turnover rate.
