I have been working at KeyPoint Government Solutions full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    working from home is nice.

    Cons

No bonuses or level moves given even when all requirements have been met. The fleet program used to be a big bonus but they are discontinuing the fleet program and not paying any type of bonus or compensation so that the investigators can afford to buy cars. They set unrealistic expectations for case completion and although they say they care about the quality of the reports, they just want them submitted by the assigned completion date that they make up for that case and could change if they felt inclined to do so, but won't unless you have a reason they feel is justified. The field managers have never done this job before but are somehow deemed capable of determining the amount of time a case should take to complete. The source unit requirement for your level is a joke because you will always be assigned more work to complete than required of your level and will never be compensated for it. Instead of just assigning the correct amount of work for your level, you're just told to work overtime to get the increased workload completed by the assigned completion date. The stats are never correct and you are not allowed to dispute them if you believe they're incorrect and most of the time you don't even receive your stats or know how you're performing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start putting quality first instead of revenue. The work your investigators do is a matter of national security and it's our name on the investigation, not yours! Stop acting like the ACD's are something set in stone when they can easily be changed with the click of a mouse! Stop rushing your investigators to transmit their cases so that they can generate revenue for the company because it effects the quality of the investigation! You need to compensate your investigators for the hard work they do because without them, there would be no KeyPoint. The way the company is headed, its only a matter of time before it becomes another USIS and it's already feeling like deja vu in the ethics department.
