Great pay for those starting out in B2B sales.
    Great medical benefits.
Some of the best product training in the business.
Great sales training if you have a good manager.
Solid products that have a great reputation.
    Solid growth and advancement opportunities.
If you have trouble, they will work with you…for a little while.
Other companies (not just competitors) will constantly try to recruit you once you get some experience.

-MICROMANAGEMENT, this is a major issue. Some managers will try to manage every single aspect of your career.
    - Travel can be very tiring and you are fully expected to be back at work early the next morning, unless you're lucky enough to have a small territory. Did the long drive get you home at midnight? That is not Keyence's problem!
-VERY aggressive growth expectations, which will make you pester your customers to the point of no return.
-Everything is about numbers. You will spend hours entering the infamous "data", which is something that ALL Keyence sales engineers absolutely despise. Even the recruiters from other companies know this & use it to recruit Keyence sales people on a regular basis.
-Doing great on sales? Who cares, because you likely suck at something else.
-Bonus payout is designed to make you work harder for the same amount of money…or less.
-If you like something Keyence is doing don't get used to it. It will be changed. Then changed again…..and again.
-Expect a 3-5 year burnout, maybe sooner.

Keyence is worth your time if you see it for what it really is, a stepping stone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Micromanagement drives good sales people out of the company. You need to deal with this issue. Stop blaming sales people for poor results that are outcomes of bad corporate marketing strategies.
