    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Keystone Management team does not listen to the employees, so I will share some advice with the LKQ executives.
-Eliminate the KAO senior leadership team. These executives continually drain resources without contributing to growth of the company.
-Flatten the organizational structure. There is some great talent within the company, but the recognition for their accomplishments is absorbed as it moves up the ladder.
-Revitalize the workplace culture. The workplace environment has significantly declined over the years. The employees are disengaged and fearful of losing their jobs.
