I have been working at Kiewit Corporation full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You have the opportunity to work on large challenging projects and get good hands on experience.

    Cons

Long hours with little compensation. They try and tempt you into staying by hanging the idea of becoming a stockholder over your head that justifies your small salary. Truth is the stockholder program will only reward you if you were to stay with the company for at least 10 years.
