I worked at Kilpatrick Stockton full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The staff, especially the people that have been there a long time. Fair compensation package. Good software programs and training.

    Cons

Manager and management. Bullying is not dealt with and attorneys can be unprofessional to staff and associates. Staff is not supported by management. High turnover of associates. Not an environment to thrive in. Bad location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are not liked. Your management style is outdated. You are losing talented people and money by having to train again and again. You are well known in Silicon Valley as being a bad place to work. Time to clean house and get good management, treat people better, and work on your reputation.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
