I worked at Kimberly-Clark full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Average compensation, average benefits, talented colleagues, dynamic environment, great opportunity for starting and/or developing career as an engineer.

    Cons

Work/life balance needs improvement, caged in process engineering mentality, not a lot of room for career advancement w/o changing locations, old boy network culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a new CEO and clean house at executive level. Be fair to employees, especially to hourly employees that have lost a lot in benefits throughout the years.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
