I worked at Kimberly-Clark (More than 10 years)
They were mentor ship form senior management as well as working closely with a well known retail chain. The daily interactions between the Retail consumer company and marketing team at Kimberly Clark.
Change of Senior management. The new President of sales. All of senior management replaced by new president of consumer sales with his own team from past employer. Our teams that had been mentored by our former Senior management was no longer available for personal contact. A lot of senior account managers were replaced by new presidents former employer. Not a customer service team environment anymore.
Advice to Management
Please re-create the 'team' atmosphere between Sr. management, marketing staff and sales team. Stop ruling by intimidation and the four quad rating system. They had a strong sales force, team efforts and strong mentoring opportunities. They threw away a lot of seasoned professionals.
