Benefits are like no other place in the industry 200% 401k Match plus annual profit sharing contributions to you 401k Annual bonus program and path to ownership are the best in the industry. You work hard and they truly award you for it. Internal networking is highly encouraged and the leaders reach out and talk to almost all employees a couple of times a year
The down sides are on par for the industry with the occasional deadline driven exceptionally long days. Because they want you to grow, they will challenge you and constantly give you tasks above your head, but there are never any breaks. They have a very successful business model that pushes each and every employee to be accountable fur their UT rate and the constant work to stay above goal is very exhausting. But, see above for the reward for hard work.
Advice to Management
As the firm grows, please keep the personal feel, the small firm feel where senior and regional leaders get to know most employees on some level.
