    I worked at King's College

    Pros

Father Tom O'Hara is one of the greatest people in Higher Education. His commitment to building a better King's College is unmatched. Father Tom has grown King's College by leaps and bounds. Father Tom truly cares for the students of King's College, it is that caring that was missing by his predecessor.

In addition to Father Tom, there are many other great people that work for King's College, his senior staff is made up of some great people with the exception of a few. People that made you feel like part of a family and not just an employee.

Another great aspect of King's College is its recent renovations. King's College has made some great acquisitions and renovated some run down buildings. It has been extremely successful in raising the money necessary to improve the infrastructure of King's College.

God Bless Father Tom and all he has done for King's College.

    Cons

The outside of Father Tom, the management of many of the departments at King's College are horrible. They are made up of selfish people who only care about furthering their careers and not the college, as well as keep down young, enthusiastic employees with a desire to make King's College a better place for its students. They do not know, understand, or live the mission of King's College. The only mission they live for is themselves. Unfortunately, it is those individuals that seem to be promoted. Those that live and breathe the college are shown the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember the mission, remember who we are there for, remember it is all about the students and alumni. They are the life of King's College without them we are nothing. Father O'Hara gets it, it is time for those around him to get it to, from support staff to CFO. Never forget the reason we work or worked at King's, the students and alumni.
