I have been working at Kirby Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Give you the tools/training to succeed. Great work environment, very family oriented and fun. Benefits are top notch as well.

    Cons

Pay is extremely low, promise a bright future if you're willing to stick it out for decades. Blue collar company - Have to deal with illiterate and uneducated people a lot. Very high turnover but takes a lot of time to move up in the company.
