I have been working at Knack Systems (More than 3 years)
Higher management is always reachable to us professional as well as personnel issue. We were getting work from home opportunity but unfortunately company is planing to revert this policy as this is most imp and only one benefit we are getting.
Most disgusting service by IT infra team which need to improve a lot. Should reduce the monopoly and try to avid the policy such as those who are older resources they are the by default managers. Need to improve appraisal process a lot and we should know our appraiser in advance where as every year during the time of appraisal surprisingly we are seeing new appraiser.
Advice to Management
Please Please consider these fact about work from home policy , IT infra team improvement and team hierarchy on basis of total yrs experience and knowledge instead of who are older resource with Knack getting the priority.
