The high level corporate executives are intelligent, and for the most part, have good people skills.
Most entry level employees work hard but are uneducated and often not disciplined - this makes it easy to distinguish yourself and rise up quickly.Cons
A typical mid level manger has little to no leadership skill.
The culture of the company in "the trenches" can be negative and unprofessional.
There is virtually no on boarding process for any office position -- come ready to sink or swim.
