    I have been working at Knight Transportation full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Freight Ready, Operate Everywhere, Yards all over, great phone apps, good local directions, not forced dispatch.

    Cons

    Same routes, shop wait time horrible (phone, and truck repair), Shop sucks in general.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Figure out a way to do something about the wait time with the shop. The phone hold time is just horrendous. I was on hold for 59 minutes one time.
