I have been working at Koch Companies full-time (more than an year)

95% of the people I have dealt with seem to be genuinely happy people. A pleasure to talk to. Newer equipment that is well maintained.

Management makes poor/bad decisions many times without knowing everything that is needed to make a good decision. They do not want you to make money. If you make more than someone else they will cut your pay yet expect you to still work long hard hours for much less pay. I've watch multiple employees take large pay cuts that seriously hampered their lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the work your employees are doing to earn their money instead of doing a blanket pay cut. Perhaps there are a few people making excessive money that haven't earned it.
