Great people to work for, they really give you a foundation for what great customer service is and give you the power to make great decisions without consulting management about every little customer inquiry. They also give back to the community which is great. They really do care about their customers and their community.

Advice to Management
Recognize the work of your sales associates along with your cashiers.
