    Pros

Great people to work for, they really give you a foundation for what great customer service is and give you the power to make great decisions without consulting management about every little customer inquiry. They also give back to the community which is great. They really do care about their customers and their community.

    Cons

    - Hard work often goes unrecognized as a sales associate. recognition & incentives are often given to only cashiers who get credit apps and email address'.
    - I felt the pay was not adequate for the amount of work done.
-Not much room for advancement unless you're a "manager's pet"

    Advice to Management

Recognize the work of your sales associates along with your cashiers. There are associates who work very hard to make sure the customers are taken care of on the sales floor and that the store is looking great and easy to shop for customers. I feel that is very important in store functionality and needs to be recognized.
