I have been working at Kohl's part-time for more than a year

fun little second part time job - people working there are what makes it - can get trained in other areas if you like, but won't get any more money - helps get you more hours though.

Never got any type of notice that I would be fired for giving 30% off for opening a charge most of the time; told to do whatever it takes to get credits, gets your more hours supposedly, got a few awards, but one day when I arrived at work, told me I was giving off 30% all the time, was $587 and was let go....never got a breakdown on how arrived at that number and was shocked. I sat in shock the whole meeting. No one has ever heard of such a thing and now they are asking for reimbursement though I didn't benefit from it. I'm still in shock as to what the heck is going on. What an unfair event! Manager knew what I was doing, plus reports are run daily - two years!
