Former Employee - Continuous Improvement Engineer in Phila, PA

I worked at Kraft Foods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work independently at local level, generous PTO structure, Union structure has some flexibility. People factor is a plus throughout organization.

    Cons

Incorporating Best Practices across multiple plants is extremely tedious due in large part to unweildy corporate super structure. Compensation below average.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become more flexible so that change can be adopted in an effecient fashion.
