I worked at Kum & Go part-time (More than a year)

I was able to get enough hours to help support myself while in high school, I learned multi-tasking skills, I met a lot of people, I also learned a lot about customer service

They would schedule you by yourself for an entire night shift so it was difficult to get things done. As expected they don't hire competent employees so a good worker generally had to do others chores too so that the store could be well maintained. The managers were generally awful, but what can you expect when you pay a person salary and require them to work 55 hours a week with horrible benefits?

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your staff rather than your bottom line. Quik Trip is killing you and they invest in staff and pay well. Happy employees give the customer a better experience which in turn improves business.
