    I have been working at Kwik-Fit full-time (more than 5 years)


    Training courses and facilities are very good and well presented.


    Huge work loads and limited staff. Very little help when things go wrong. Management higher up in the company make bad decisions on how to run the business. Your not valued as an employee and often get treated unfairly. Expected to work through lunch breaks with no cover for supervisors or managers when on breaks if you are to get one. Expected to paint floors and walls whilst still running the centre is not very clever.
    I was promoted to supervisor but could not be paid at that grade because of training deficits, however was told by higher management pay would be back dated. This went on for 9 months and for all this time I was carrying out all tasks and responsibilities in a supervisor roll to only have my pay back dated for 4 weeks. I was told by the area manager if I didnt like it then go and we will get someone else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase staff numbers in the centres to accommodate for the launch of "We care" so sales dont drop. Staff are already over worked with out having to carry out free checks all the time. Along with VIR'S and jobcards.
