  1.

Overall, I had a very good experience at L-3. The people were great to work with, the benefits were generous, and the work facility was excellent.

I worked at L-3 Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with were wonderful. We all helped each other when there was a problem to be solved.

    Cons

Sometimes, as with any corporation, change was slow since it had to go through many layers, (e.g. when a suggestion was made to improve systems or procedures). Also, once corporate decided your position was eliminated, you're gone rather quickly (as I was last year--laid off after five years with the company)!

Listen to your staff when you ask them for suggestions!
