    I worked at L-3 Communications full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    At Division level there are some good people but they have been there so long and have become entranced in the "ROAD" attitude.

    Cons

    Where to start, Presidents of Divisions lie directly to your face, they cannot keep their word, they misrepresent the positions, they misrepresent the status of the projects. Above that level being publicly traded they just see employees as expendable and when they NO CLUE about the type of projects they go under contract for and admit that yet they will NOT ALLOW true professionals to do their job and guide them ahead, It's a waste do time and effort. From the CEO down through the 5 next Presidents in the company they are arrogant and disconnected from reality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wake up you have Division Presidents that have no clue what they are doing in construction operations management or they fact the lie directly to people hired and misrepresent the status of projects. Also when they use verbal abuse as a tool of power and narcissism what does that say about those above them? When policies and protocols are broken and admittedly so you CANNOT preach to them as the Bible. Customer care and service is lost between the directives driven by profit.
