I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

Big company benefits, 9/80 work schedule, good learning opportunities.

Bait and switch techniques for jobs. Developers get asked to travel to middle eastern countries for installations even though that is not in their job description. HR is arrogant and clueless. Engineering department is run by HR, and first line managers have very little say in how things should be done. You're working 24/7 to meet unattainable deadlines.
